Internal use and accounts
The mobile app does not offer public sign-up. Accounts are created and managed by authorized participating organizations for their personnel. NSP Trucking is not intended to collect information from people outside those organizations.
A visit to this public policy page may create basic technical server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, as is normal for operating a website.
Information we handle
For authorized users, we handle account details such as name, phone number, email address, organization, role, and user ID. We also handle assigned schedules, routes, stops, vehicle and job details, and messages sent through organization chat.
With device permission, the app uses approximate and precise location for current-position display and route guidance.
We also process device identifiers, push-notification details, app activity, crashes, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate authorized users, provide schedules and routes, support navigation and internal chat, send operational notifications, secure the service, fix technical problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Information is available only to authorized users within the relevant organization and to service providers working on our behalf. These providers support hosting, Google Maps, OneSignal and push delivery, and Sentry diagnostics.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and deletion
Users can control location and notification permissions in device settings. To correct information, close an account, or request access or deletion, contact the organization administrator or NSP Trucking. We may verify the request and retain information when required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support participating organizations, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, authenticated sessions, organization-level restrictions, and encrypted production connections to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Other information
The service is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries where NSP Trucking or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy when the service, our practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and its updated date will remain available on this page.
